How do I access the Heyward CPA Portal?
Once a client's tax return is completed, the final copy is stored on our secure portal:
You will be able to download at least the last two year's tax returns or financial statements free of charge.
You will need your username and password in order to download the files, if you do not have that information view our video How to reset your password on the Heyward CPA Portal.
Effective January 1, 2021, the firm will no longer send or receive documents by email. All files must be exchanged through our portal.
Failure to upload documents to the portal can result in delayed processing time.
Requests for printed copies will incur a $25 charge for up to 20 pages and $.50 per page after.
