What is my Pin number for the Heyward CPA Portal?

When setting up or resetting your portal password; you may need the pin that was used to setup the account.

For individuals:

Your pin is the last 4 digits of the primary taxpayer's social security number.

If your account was created after October 1, 2020, your pin number may be the last 4 of the primary taxpayer's social security number OR the last 4 digits of your contact phone number.

For Businesses:

Your pin is the last 4 digits of the company's employer identification number (EIN).

If your account was created after October 1, 2020, your pin number may be the last 4 of the (EIN) OR the last 4 digits of your contact phone number.
