Submitting your documents
We prefer that you submit your information through our secure portal. You can also mail or drop off your information during office hours at either location:

You already have an account on the portal and can access your account here; If you have difficulty remembering your username or password, please click the “forgot password” link and follow the instructions. If you continue to have problems, please send an email to email@example.com
Please keep up with your portal login so you can review your current return and access prior year returns. We will NO LONGER email returns outside of the portal.
You can submit your information through our guest portal, which you can access here. Your portal account will be created during the preparation process.
We request new clients to upload copies of their last two tax returns that were filed.
We are required to collect the following forms of identification from taxpayers when filing returns:
- Scanned copy of valid Social Security Card for taxpayer, spouse, and dependents
- Scanned copy of the Taxpayer and Spouse Driver's License or State Issued Photo ID.
If you previously provided this information, there is no need to resubmit, unless there have been some changes (e.g. you have a new dependent)
IRS Identity Fraud PIN
If you participate in the IRS Identity theft PIN program please submit the document you received for the current tax year. Last year’s PIN will NOT work.
You will receive an invoice for your preparation fees hat is due and payable when received; your return will not be filed until payment is received or an arrangement has been agreed to.
- Electronic check (ACH)
- Credit Card (3% fee applies)
- Mail a check to our office.
- Agree to have your fees withdrawn from your refund.
- Agree to a payment arrangement.
